1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EnergyIQ, a clean-energy analytics platform operated by Aurenix AI Inc ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using EnergyIQ, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

EnergyIQ provides tools and analysis related to clean energy projects, incentives, electricity tariffs, and home energy decisions. The Basic, Pro, and Premium subscriptions differ in analysis depth and export options, as described on our pricing page.

3. No Professional Advice

EnergyIQ is an information and analytics service. Outputs — including savings estimates, incentive eligibility indicators, and payback projections — are informational only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, engineering, or investment advice. Tax incentive rules (including the U.S. federal Investment Tax Credit and state programs) change frequently; always confirm current rules with a qualified tax professional, installer, or attorney before making financial decisions.

4. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape or overload the service, resell access, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Company retains all rights to the platform, models, and content. You retain all rights to data you upload (e.g., project details) and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including financial losses from decisions made in reliance on the service.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice. We may discontinue the service with reasonable prior notice; prepaid unused full months will be refunded pro-rata upon such discontinuation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
